We do not issue refunds. Exchanges are available only under the following conditions:

Quality Concern – If an item arrives damaged or defective.
Sizing Adjustment – If a different size is required for the same style (subject to availability).

Exchange Guidelines
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by contacting our Client Services team at Returns@looplys.com.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Exchanges are limited to the same style in a different size, pending stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
